Nabila Jackson, an AFC Fitness member, said she saw the gym manager moments after the rescue.
"He was soaking wet. He had a blanket or something over his shoulders and he just seemed like he just came out of the river," she said. "It's very, I don't know, it's a shock? I don't know. It feels like a movie."
The 77-year-old woman -- who was a member at AFC Fitness -- was taken to Lankenau Hospital where she was later pronounced dead. Officials have not yet revealed her identity.
