University of Delaware employee using her cheese making skills to change lives overseas

At the University of Delaware an employee is using her cheese making skills to literally change people’s lives. She traveled to Peru to help local farmers there learn how to make more, better and safer cheese. NBC10’s Tim Furlong shares her story from Newark.
