Uber Driver Survives Getting Shot by Passenger

An Uber driver is recovering after he was shot by a passenger in the Cobbs Creek section of West Philadelphia on Thursday night. NBC10 reporter Cydney Long talked to a witness who found the driver bleeding from his wounds.
