Two women attacked and beaten by a man on Ben Franklin Parkway, police say

Police are searching for a man they say assaulted two women on the Ben Franklin Parkway early Sunday morning. Police say he tackled a woman to the ground and continuously punched her when another woman stepped in and was pushed to ground. The man took off when a Good Samaritan stepped in.
