Two violent attacks on SEPTA subway system in as many days

A shooting took place inside a Broad Street Line subway railcar Saturday night and then a man attacked another man with a hatchet on a Broad-Ridge Spur platform early Sunday, according to investigators. NBC10’s Katy Zachry reports on both incidents on SEPTA.
