Two teens were shot just hours a part, one fatally who police believe was targeted

Two teenagers were shot within hours of each other, one of them fatally. Police believe 16-year-old Jamil Wyatt was targeted when he was chased down and shot in an alley while on his way to a corner store. A 15-year-old girl is recovering after being shot by a 30-year-old woman due to an ongoing feud. NBC10’s Leah Uko has what work is being done to stop the violence.
