The southbound Interstate 95 ramp to the Vine Street Expressway (I-676) and the northbould I-95 ramp to Callowhill Street opened to traffic just after 8 a.m.
An early morning tractor trailer crash closed both ramps for several hours Thursday morning.
The truck which was hauling garbage overturned at 3:15 a.m. The truck was removed from the scene just after 7 a.m.
The truck driver was injured and is listed in stable condition at a local hospital.
