Tow Truck Driver Shot During Attempted Robbery in Philadelphia, Police Say

A tow truck driver is in critical condition after being shot after he got off work Monday night. NBC10’s Rosemary Connors spoke with the victim’s father who is asking officials to do more about the gun violence crisis.
