Alleged Tire Slasher's Mom: He Was Set Up!

Dave Toledo, an outspoken neighbor who claimed to be a victim of Mayfair’s tire slashings was arrested Wednesday. Detectives say Toledo was was busted in relation to the slashings. NBC10’s Monique Braxton spoke to Toledo’s mother about his arrest.
