TikTok must face lawsuit over Pennsylvania girl's death

An appeals court ruled TikTok must face a lawsuit over the death of a 10-year-old Pennsylvania girl. Nylah Anderson died in 2021 while attempting a viral challenge she allegedly saw on the social media platform. NBC10’s Leah Uko spoke to the lawyer for Nylah’s family about how this tragedy could potentially lead to change.
