‘They made really bad choices.' Teacher speaks out after reckless driver hit her, teen girl

A teacher in Montgomery County is angry after her car was hit by a reckless driver who also struck a teen girl. Court documents show the driver, who is in custody, had been smoking marijuana and had a loaded gun. NBC10’s Deanna Durante spoke with the woman and has the latest on the investigation.
