Teen Shot Near Penn's Landing Ferris Wheel; Police Pursuit Ends in Crash

An 18-year-old woman was shot in the leg near the Ferris wheel set up along Philadelphia’s Penn’s Landing early Thursday. There was also a police pursuit the spilled from Upper Darby, Delaware County, into Philadelphia’s Overbrook neighborhood where the driver crashed early Thursday.
