Teen Shot, Killed in Mercedes in Apparent Road Rage in Center City

NBC10’s Miguel Martinez-Valle reports from Center City Philadelphia after a 17-year-old was found shot and killed inside a Mercedes at 15th and Pine Streets, Philadelphia police said. Two people fled in an SUV after crashing nearby at 15th and South streets, Chief Inspector Scott Small said.
