Teen Dies After Being Shot in the Head Along Delaware Street

A teenager died  hours after a shooting in Wilmington, Delaware Saturday night.

Police received a report of shots fired on the 300 block of W 21st Street around 10 p.m. When they arrived at the scene they found an William Rollins Jr. suffering from at least one gunshot wound to the head.

Officers administered CPR on Rollins until medics arrived and rushed the 18-year-old to the Wilmington Hospital Emergency Room where he later died, said Wilmington Police.

No arrests were made and police didn't immediately release a description of any suspects.
