Teen girl was killed in a hit-and-run in West Philadelphia

A 14-year-old girl is dead after police say she was hit by a car in West Philadelphia. Police say the driver took off afterwards in what they believe to be a dark-colored Sedan. The girl’s mother was also at the scene.
