Sylvester Stallone came to Philly to celebrate ‘Rocky Day' with fans from all over

December 3 is now officially Rocky Day in Philadelphia and there was no better way to celebrate the day than for locals to get to spend the day with Sylvester Stallone himself. NBC10’s Karen Hua has more from the day, the new Rocky themed shop and she spoke to the man himself.
