Suspect formally charged in Fairmount Park and Pennypack Trail rapes and murder

Police say Elias Diaz has been formally charged with three other sexual assaults. Investigators say two happened in Fairmount Park in 2003 and one in Pennypack park in 2007. Diaz has been charged with multiple charges and linked to others including murder.
