State Trooper Wounded in Shooting Attends State of the Union
Pennsylvania State Trooper Alex Douglass was one of the guests at President Obama’s final State of the Union address Tuesday night. Douglass, who was Senator Pat Toomey’s special guest, survived an ambush shooting in September of 2014. Corporal Bryon Dickson died in the attack. Braeden Mannering, 12, of Delaware was also a guest due to his efforts in bringing healthy food to the poor and hungry in his community.
