Some NJ cannabis dispensary owners stuck with empty lounges

Some dispensary owners in New Jersey say they are frustrated because their cannabis consumption lounges are sitting empty as the process to make them legal is moving much slower than expected. NBC10 Jersey Shore Bureau reporter Ted Greenberg explains.
