MTV reality show star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is going to have a baby, sources tell the New York Post.
Even though the “Jersey Shore” guidette denied rumors of her pregnancy on Good Morning America earlier this month, sources tell the Post’s Page Six that the lady lied.
"I definitely do want kids, but I'm not pregnant," Snooki told Lara Spencer on GMA. "Being pregnant should be a real thing and a happy thing, and I'm not."
The 24-year-old is about three months pregnant with her first child, and her boyfriend Jionni LaValle is the father, the source told the Post.
The pregnancy will mean that the pint-sized binge-drinking diva will have to back off of the nightlife scene, which could affect her most recent MTV “Jersey Shore” spinoff that is in production with Jenni “JWoww” Farley.
“MTV went into crisis mode after they found out,” a source told the Post. “They’re trying to hide it because it would greatly affect the creative direction of the show.”
A representative for MTV told the Post that the network “doesn’t comment on series in production,” and Polizzi’s rep declined to comment, reports the newspaper.
