‘Shame on NJ Transit.' Lawyer for the family of victim killed in crash speaks on potential lawsuit

Service on the NJ Transit’s River Line is still suspended between Trenton and Florence stations after the train collided with a tree that fell onto the tracks. The crash killed the train’s operator, whose family is now planning to sue the transit company.
