SEPTA to Open Lottery for Papal Passes

The transit agency announced Tuesday its solution on how to sell special train passes to see to Pope Francis. Commuters crashed SEPTA’s computer system last week when the passes initially went on sale. NBC10’s Jacqueline London has more on this breaking development.
