SEPTA riders react to news parking fees will return and double in cost next month

Starting in September, SEPTA riders will have to start paying parking lot fees and they will be double the cost that they were. Parking will go from $1 to $2 for most lots, and $2 to $4 for some designated locations. Parking has been free since the pandemic in 2020 when they offered free parking to entice people to ride SEPTA again. NBC10’s Johnny Archer has the details and spoke to riders about what they think.
