SEPTA reaches tentative agreement with unions, putting pressure on state for more money

SEPTA and its union leaders have reached a one-year tentative agreement, avoiding a workers strike. They are now putting pressure on the state to allocate money for a long-term funding solution to avoid ending up back where they are now.
