SEPTA is planning to implement service cuts if they don't receive more funding from the state

SEPTA is lacking funding after dealing with low ridership and not receiving enough money from the state. Now, SEPTA is planning to implement service cuts that could go into effect as early as September if the state does not give the public transit organization substantial funding.
