Sen. Bob Casey talks UPenn's decision to disband pro-Palestinian encampment

The disbanding of the encampment at the University of Pennsylvania comes as schools around the country are dealing with protests. They’ve also become a political flashpoint in an election year. NBC10 political reporter Lauren Mayk spoke with Pa. Senator Bob Casey about whether or not police should disband those encampments.
