Large Bucks County Barn Burns

Two hurt when they trip on ice formed from water used to battle Sellersville blaze

A 5000-square foot barn burned for hours Tuesday evening in Bucks County.

Firefighters responded to the one-alarm fire on the 100 block of Haflers Road in Sellersville, Pa. around 5:30 p.m.

No animals or people were believed to be inside the large barn, according to the Sellersville Fire Department.

One firefighter and another person were hurt when they tripped on ice that formed from water used to fight the fire.

As of 6:15, flames continued to come from the structure as firefighters battled to bring the blaze under control.

It took around three hours to get the fire under control.
