Saturday marks day three of the search for missing Philadelphia prisoner Gino Hagenkotter. While the manhunt is still active city leaders are calling for accountability. This is the fourth prisoner to make a run for it in recent months. NBC10’s Brenna Weick has the latest on the investigation.
