Protests in Philadelphia led police to close the Schuylkill Expressway for some time Saturday evening near Center City. The highway is now open, but delays remain.
And the ramp to the eastbound Vine Street Expressway is still closed.
Delays stretch back to Girard Avenue.
The closure happened during protests in Center City over the death of George Floyd, the unarmed black man who died in Minneapolis as a white police officer knelt on his neck for almost nine minutes.
