Runners prepare for Philadelphia Marathon kickoff

Thousands of runners were getting ready for the start of the Philadelphia Marathon on Sunday morning. NBC10’s Neil Fischer spoke to Kathleen Titus, the race’s director, about preparing this year’s event.
