Road rage turns into a shooting with a 2-month-old inside the car

A 2-month-old is safe after a road rage incident in Delaware turned into a shooting investigation. State police say a man was driving up I-495 near Edgemoor when someone fired multiple shots at his car. Police believe the gunman was driving a burgundy vehicle.
