Resident shoots man rummaging through trash, Popeyes worker stabs man during fight

Philadelphia police investigated two separate incidents overnight. In one a South Philadelphia resident shot a man rummaging through his trash, police said. In the other, a Popeye’s worker stabbed a customer upset over his order, investigators said.
