Red Cross volunteers from Philly area head to North Carolina to help Hurricane Helene victims

Volunteers from the Philadelphia area continue to travel to North Carolina to help victims impacted by Hurricane Helene. NBC10’s Karen Hua spoke with volunteers from the American Red Cross before their journey in a special van.
