‘Rare and special opportunity.' Philly leaders unveil plans for reparations task force

Philadelphia leaders unveiled the details on the new Philadelphia Reparations Task Force. The goal is to develop reparations proposals for black Philadelphians who ancestors endured slavery and institutional racism. Volunteers are welcome to join to recommend steps for the city, state and federal government.
