Proposed new hotel resort in Seaside Heights, NJ could cause three motels to be gone for good
Three motels in Seaside Heights, New Jersey could be demolished and gone permanently to make way for a massive new hotel resort. A deal is in the works to sell three aging motels, a multi-family home and a parking lot on the same block. It would make way for the proposed 180-unit upscale complex that would be eight stories high. NBC10’s Ted Greenberg has more on this and reaction from locals.
