New lottery program for Atlantic City residents makes purchasing a home more accessible

For some who call Atlantic City home, buying a house is out of reach but a new home-ownership lottery is opening a new door for a few lucky residents. NBC10 Jersey Shore Bureau reporter Ted Greenberg reports.
