President Biden announced over $1M funding for HBCUs at conference in Philly

President Joe Biden announced more than $1 million in funding to support HBCUs in his latest speech in Philadelphia supporting the National Conference for Historically Black Colleges and Universities. The president also commented on the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump. NBC10’s Lauren Mayk has more from the event.
