The power plant serving Atlantic City's former Revel casino says it will stop providing electricity, heat and water to the building on Thursday.
ACR Energy is embroiled in a bitter bankruptcy court dispute with Revel over unpaid fees and debt from the construction of the plant, which provides virtually all the building's utility service.
The company says it will cut Revel off at 5 p.m. Thursday, unless it receives assurances its debts will be paid.
Revel says the company is violating a court order, and wants a judge to fine ACR $10 million, plus $1 million for each day it does not provide utility service to the building.
The fighting comes as the sale of Revel is on hold while its restaurants appeal the sale to a Florida developer.
