Portland Thunder Player Throws Helmet, Hits Child in Philly Crowd

A young Arena Football League fan was hurt at the Wells Fargo Center Saturday night when a Portland Thunder player, upset over his ejection from the game, threw his helmet into the stands.

Quincy Butler -- a defensive back wearing #16 for the Thunder -- was penalized at some point during his team's loss to the Philadelphia Soul and sent his helmet flying into the crowd as he left the field.

A Soul spokesman confirmed a spectator was hit and said the League will be reviewing game footage to determine if the player will be disciplined.
