Two police officers responding to a domestic disturbance call inside a Montgomery County apartment Sunday morning shot and killed a man they said
According to the Montgomery County District Attorney, two Upper Moreland Township police officers responded to a call at the Commerce Square Apartments in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, at 11:52 a.m. on Oct. 27, 2024.
When officers responded, they were let in by an 83-year-old woman who lived there and found a 68-year-old man armed with a gun inside, officials said.
Police said the man ignored police commands to drop his gun and eventually began to raise the firearm up at which point police fired at him, fatally wounding him.

Investigators didn't immediately identify the man who was killed or the officers involved in his killing.
There was no further information available late Sunday night.
