Police release surveillance video of suspect in deadly shooting outside West Philly bar

Philadelphia police are offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a gunman who shot and killed a man outside of a West Philadelphia bar back in May. On Wednesday, investigators released surveillance video and photos of the suspect.
