Police investigating suspicious death of woman found ‘partially dressed' in South Philly

Philadelphia police are calling a woman’s death suspicious after she was found “partially dressed” on the back patio of a home in South Philadelphia. Police are working to figure out who the woman is, where she lives and what happened to her. NBC10’s Brian Sheehan has what we know so far.
