Police Investigate a Possible Abduction in North Philadelphia

A witness reported to police he watched a man strike a woman with a baseball bat and drag her into his car on East Erie Avenue Sunday night. The suspect was wearing a black hoodie and black sweatpants and the car is described as possibly a Black Chevy Cruze, according to officials.
