Police ID Suspect in Sex Assault on SEPTA Train

Philadelphia Police have identified a man accused of raping a woman on a SEPTA train over the weekend. Police also believe he was involved in another sexual assault near a SEPTA station earlier in April. NBC10’s Brian Sheehan has the latest on the investigation.
