Plow Catches Fire While Clearing Snow Outside Bucks County Wawa

A pickup truck plowing snow in the parking lot of a Bucks County, Pennsylvania Wawa caught fire Tuesday morning.

The incident happened around 10 a.m. at the convenience store along Doylestown Road in New Britain Township, police and fire officials said.

The driver, who works for a landscaping company, tells NBC10's Deanna Durante he was clearing snow when passers-by began yelling the plow attached to the front of the pickup truck had caught fire.

He tried to put out the flames on his own, but couldn't. Fire eventually engulfed the entire truck, destroying it.

Fire crews from Montgomery Township and Chalfont rushed to the Wawa to put of the blaze.

While the truck was a total loss, no one was hurt.
