Photographer, Disc Jockey Accused of Assaulting 2nd Woman

A suburban Philadelphia photographer and disc jockey has been charged with assaulting a second woman who went to his home for a supposed modeling photography session.

Twenty-eight-year-old Daniel Milowicki of West Chester and Coatesville was charged in April with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, possession of child pornography, invasion of privacy and drug offenses.

Chester County prosecutors alleged that he assaulted a 21-year-old woman who answered an internet ad about a modeling job and photo shoot. Prosecutors said Tuesday that after his arrest a 28-year-old woman contacted authorities and said she had also been assaulted last fall after agreeing to take part in a photo shoot.

Defense attorney Alexander Silow said Tuesday that his client is not guilty and "we're looking forward to confronting the commonwealth's witness and proving his innocence."

Milowicki lured the victim to a location where he could get her alone, then recorded her performing sex acts on him against her will, last September.

“Our initial fears that there might be more victims of this defendant have been realized," said District Attorney Hogan. "We encourage anyone with information to come forward and to contact the police."
