Philly police oversight committee said video of shooting is key to its own investigation

A five-minute surveillance video is key to a deadly police shooting that left a man dead and an officer injured. The Philadelphia Citizens Police Oversight Committee says they are reviewing the video and will be a part of the investigation every step of the way to make sure it’s fairly done.
