Philly Police Commissioner Responds to Critical Report on Response to Protests, Unrest

On Thursday, Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw responded to a report by the City Controller’s Office that there was a “lack of planning” during last year’s protests and unrest following the police killing of George Floyd. She said she has no plans to resign.
