Philly officer shot during a traffic stop in Kensington has died months later

Philadelphia Police officer Jaime Roman who was shot during a traffic stop has died months after the shooting. A man was arrested at the time of the shooting and charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault. Those charges could now be upgraded. NBC10’s Johnny Archer has the details.
