Philly hoping to support local stores with new ‘Shop Black Business Friday' in December

In the spirit of the holiday season, Philadelphia is asking the public to support it’s small black-owned businesses. City Council passed a resolution today designating Friday, and every Friday in the month of December, as “Shop Black Business Friday.” NBC10’s Brian Sheehan has more.
